Motor Claims Handler

Salary: £23,000 to £27,000 plus bonus (up to 15% annual salary).

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will work in a hybrid environment, with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday work. We are looking for experienced professionals in intervention, third party capture, credit hire, or repair/booking to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Making calls to successfully capture third parties and achieve commercial goals.

Supporting the follow-up process in handling claims and mitigating claims spend.

Ensuring all claims are processed with an eye for potential fraud, exaggeration, and indemnity.

Reviewing claims processes and recommending changes. Supporting technical intervention claims matters in respect of questions/escalated customer scenarios and calls/liability referrals etc.
