We are excited to announce an opening for a Recruitment Support Specialist within our welcoming HR team. This role is essential in assisting with the daily recruitment operations of the organization.


This position is ideal for individuals eager to enhance their recruitment knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all members of the Recruitment Team, effectively utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment processes.
  • Schedule 'role take on' meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to organize the recruitment timeline, ensuring Selwood remains competitive in attracting and advancing candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews, both virtually and in-person, ensuring candidates receive job descriptions prior to interviews.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve recruitment process efficiency.
  • Engage in HR and Recruitment Projects aimed at refining our processes and systems.


Qualifications:
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and prior experience in a dynamic recruitment or HR environment is highly desirable.


  • The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication across various levels.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, with experience in diary management.
  • Proficient IT skills, preferably with experience in using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Adaptable and capable of working effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
