Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Specialist
About The Role
We are currently looking for a Finance Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Selwood, contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial analysis and reporting for our Senior Management Team and Board. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential weekly and monthly financial reports to the Senior Management Team
- Assisting in the maintenance and consolidation of financial information
- Supporting the preparation of monthly financial outcomes and identifying trends
- Reporting on existing and new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Developing business cases and offering strategic recommendations
- Reviewing financial results against established plans and collaborating with budget owners
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related position
- AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Proficient in Excel and financial management software
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
