Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Specialist

About The Role

We are currently looking for a Finance Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Selwood, contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial analysis and reporting for our Senior Management Team and Board. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential weekly and monthly financial reports to the Senior Management Team
  • Assisting in the maintenance and consolidation of financial information
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly financial outcomes and identifying trends
  • Reporting on existing and new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Developing business cases and offering strategic recommendations
  • Reviewing financial results against established plans and collaborating with budget owners

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance-related position
  • AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Excel and financial management software
  • Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
