Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, troubleshoot, and rectify service-related incidents

  • Support technology initiatives as required

About Draper Tools

Position Details

This role is situated at our Head Office, with occasional travel required. The work schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for evening and weekend commitments.
