About Our UI Test Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled UI Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sage City. As a pivotal player, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your project work items, while actively contributing to the enrichment of the testing community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and adhere to accurate test timelines for projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to create and maintain efficient test artefacts that meet standards.
  • Employ various testing methods, including rapid, risk-based, exploratory, regression, security, and usability testing, to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Utilize the test automation framework to create, execute, and maintain effective test scripts.
  • Take ownership of all test-related activities, documenting and communicating risks and issues during test phases, and providing valuable test metrics to the Test Team Lead.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and coach team members to prevent reliance on specific individuals.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as needed to support business objectives.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • 3-5 years of UI testing experience required.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote team environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility testing.
  • Knowledge of API testing and Postman is an advantage.
  • Manual Testing.
  • Knowledge or experience working in an AI environment.
  • DevSecOps solutions.
  • OpenShift, Docker, K8s ecosystem.
