Main Duties- Provide administrative support to the Elderly Care team, including coordination of outpatient appointments and validation of waiting lists.
- Ensure timely management of referrals, including entry onto Lorenzo with an appropriate access plan.
- Work independently using your own initiative and apply a high degree of confidentiality to all aspects of your work.
- Undertake duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate who is educated to minimum GSCE level or equivalent, with experience of working within outpatient or an administrative role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and apply a high degree of confidentiality to all aspects of your work.
