About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, students, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming service to customers, students, and colleagues, both in person and over the phone.
  • Process customer enquiries in a timely and responsive manner, using our CRM system and other tools as required.
  • Deal with messages and voicemails in accordance with our procedures.
  • Work with other support teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Assist with the College Emergency Evacuation Procedure, including initial contact with emergency services.
  • Process petty cash, count floats, and support the cash officer with daily banking.
  • Issue staff and student ID badges.
Requirements
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working in a reception environment or busy office where customer service is key.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Proactive, focused, and well-organized.
  • Willingness to learn new systems.
  • Discreet.
