Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have a strong care ethos and an entrepreneurial flair, with a proven track record of empowering staff to achieve under pressure.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex needs. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the service and achieve outstanding CQC ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of two Supported Living services in Bedford
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the service and achieve outstanding CQC ratings
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 per annum, plus a 12.5% performance bonus OTE up to GBP 45,000
