Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales office team as a B2B Internal Sales Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing customers' purchase orders, providing excellent customer service, and helping to grow and develop new and lapsed customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process customers' purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Assist in growing and developing new and lapsed customer accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales office team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide up-to-date and knowledgeable product advice (product training provided)
  • Knowledge of the building trade (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
