Job Title: Security Escort Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Security Escort Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Security Escort Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of contractors, staff, and prisoners during periods of construction work at HMPPS establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort contractors around the prison, ensuring they are never left unsupervised
  • Supervise contractors while they are working on site
  • Patrol the perimeter and grounds
  • Perform routine administrative tasks
  • Assist with any other tasks requested by HMPPS, GFSL, or contractors

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a security or related role is desirable but not necessary
