About the Role

As a Cruise Booking Specialist at HHH Affiliates, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking cruise travel experiences. Your expertise in cruise lines, itineraries, and travel regulations will enable you to offer personalized advice and recommendations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cruise Package Selection and Booking: Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, and travel insurance.
  • Cruise Information and Recommendations: Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship amenities, and cabin options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Client Communication and Support: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Customized Travel Packages: Customize travel packages to meet clients' specific needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored experience.
  • Booking and Payment Processing: Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations to provide expert advice.
  • Issue Resolution and Client Satisfaction: Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the cruise, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Travel Industry Experience: Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Cruise Line Knowledge: Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using reservation systems and CRM software is required.
