We are seeking a skilled Transport Team Manager to join our Transport Team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Transport Admin Office, ensuring compliance with driving legislations and timely delivery of trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative processes, driver schedules, and vehicle management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including delivery schedules and customer service metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role in the Transport sector, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and managers.
  • A good understanding of driving legislation, including operators licensing and WTD, and a CPC (desirable but not essential).
