Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative processes, driver schedules, and vehicle management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure they have the necessary information to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including operational and customer service metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar position within the Transport sector, with a strong understanding of driving legislation, including operators licensing and WTD. You will also need to be a confident communicator and team player, able to multitask and manage your workload effectively.
