About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Asset Management to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding people's lives and protecting property by advising, promoting, planning, formulating, implementing, and assisting activities and arrangements that take care of specific fire and life safety systems.

As the Head of Fire Safety Manager, you will provide support to teams across the business to ensure that all requirements relating to fire safety are effectively managed, communicated, and delivered. You will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to ensure the delivery of our fire safety arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for fire safety improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on fire safety performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • HNC/D in a Building-related subject or qualified by experience.
  • Level 5 Diploma in fire safety or fire engineering.
  • Membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers or an equivalent membership body.
