We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As the Head of Fire Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to teams across the business to ensure that all requirements relating to fire safety are effectively managed, communicated, and delivered. You will work closely with the Head of Health and Safety to ensure the delivery of our fire safety arrangements.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in fire safety management, with a good understanding of Approved Documents to the Building Regulations, including knowledge and understanding of fire safety enforcement procedures and audits. You will also need significant experience in housing-related asset management/maintenance, property compliance, and fire safety management, along with up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations.
