About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Asset Management to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for safeguarding people's lives and protecting property by advising, promoting, planning, formulating, implementing, and assisting activities and arrangements that take care of specific fire and life safety systems.

You will provide support to teams across the business to ensure that all requirements relating to fire safety are effectively managed, communicated, and delivered. Working closely and reporting to the Head of Health and Safety, this role plays a crucial part in the delivery of our fire safety arrangements.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular fire safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on fire safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure fire safety is integrated into all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

  • HNC/D in a Building related subject or qualified by experience.
  • Level 5 Diploma in fire safety or fire engineering.
  • Membership of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers or an equivalent membership body.
