About the Role

The Head of Asset Management will be responsible for devising and delivering solutions for complex and/or large-scale property assets within GreenSquareAccord's portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of the business. This may involve mixed tenure and management agreements and lease arrangements.

This role will identify, create strategies for, and action solutions to optimize GreenSquareAccord's property assets in line with the business plan. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modelling of property performance, and identifying strategies for management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers. They will also have a good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
