Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in CRM, loyalty programs, and SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or large-scale e-commerce environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of CRM systems and tools, with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Experience with website analytics and reporting, including data analysis, performance tracking, and KPI monitoring.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
