About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Causon Business Finance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business in Vendor Asset Finance and expanding our vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow our business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Handle quoting, lending proposals, and contribute to our marketing and social media efforts
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Vendor Asset or Vehicle Finance with a proven sales record
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships
  • A clean driving licence and a readiness to travel frequently

Hinckley, Leicestershire (Hybrid post-probation) Full time Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:30pm
