This role involves engaging with clients through various communication channels, providing expert advice and consultation on their documentation needs. You will be responsible for creating new documents or revising existing ones, necessitating a solid understanding of current Employment Law and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and amend employment documentation in line with company policies.
  • Deliver timely and comprehensive HR support to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide solutions.
  • Exhibit confidence in client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
  • Be open to occasional travel as required.
