This role will be fully office based working.

Description

The role of HR Advisor is a busy and fast-paced role, you will support a wide range of clients providing first-class HR Advisor on a wide range of employee relations matters via telephone and email.

The role will include:

Provide expert HR advice to a wide range of business from a diverse range of sectorsGuide stakeholders on HR polices and procedures in line with employment legislationManage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary proceduresCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationEnsure compliance with UK employment legislationProfile

Ideal candidates will have a proven background at providing HR advice on a wide range of employee relations matters.

You will be comfortable working on-site in a busy, fast-paced environment.
