We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Coulter Elite Resourcing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and mentoring a team of 10 HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and monitor HR professionals to ensure they provide commercially focused, quality advice and documentation to clients.
- Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and create HR/employment documentation or critique their own documentation to meet their needs.
- Ensure client complaints relating to departmental issues are dealt with appropriately and within the SLAs.
- Lead in the recruitment of new HR and other staff, arranging and conducting induction training.
- Identify and lead training where required, ensuring all office staff are included where appropriate and compliance with current legislation is maintained.
- Undertake daily meetings with your team and attend required management meetings.
- Conduct interim and end-of-probationary reviews with new staff as required and in a timely manner.
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Confident and diplomatic when facing clients and on the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to deliver group training.
- Ability to mentor and motivate.
- Willingness to travel and overnight stays.
- Profit share scheme.
