Email / CRM Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Email / CRM Marketing Executive to join our team at ADLIB. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our European D2C websites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and schedule email campaigns, including day-to-day marketing emails, behavioural email journeys, and transactional emails
  • Manage large budgets to deliver an email calendar, tracking and reviewing performance using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the digital designer to create visually appealing email campaigns
  • Own the affiliate activity in partnership with an external agency, managing affiliate plans and using data to identify and execute opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience in an email or CRM marketing role, preferably in an eCommerce business
  • Working knowledge of email platforms and data reporting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written English and creative mind with an eye for detail
  • Additional spoken language (ideally German) would be desirable
