Email Deliverability Specialist

At GDS Group, we are seeking a skilled Email Deliverability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for improving email deliverability across multiple email service providers, managing third-party certification tools, and working with IT functions to optimize our email platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement measures to improve deliverability rates across all of our Email Service Providers (ESPs)
  • Manage relationships with ESPs and certification tools to ensure the constant availability of IP addresses and sending domains
  • Monitor email IP performance and foresee and plan for potential issues
  • Work with our marketing team to improve open rates, click-through rates, and optimize the entire user journey
  • Work with our marketing team to manage the creation and maintenance of email sending domains
  • Devise and implement effective email A/B and multivariant testing
  • Identify opportunities with new ESPs and initiate discussions on new agreements
  • Work with our project manager and development team to improve and integrate our proprietary email platform into new sending workflows
  • Provide regular deliverability reports and insights to the wider team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of CRM/Marketing experience with a core focus on email
  • Domain/IP set up and optimization
  • Managing high-volume email campaigns
  • Data cleansing and segmentation
  • Creating/and advising on engaging email content and structure
  • Identify and implement automation to drive efficiency
  • Manage and report on delivery/open to recipients' inbox
