Your Role

  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies, focusing on user acquisition for our mobile application.
  • Utilize your expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and App Store Optimization (ASO) to enhance our visibility and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team, encouraging creative approaches to growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Product, to optimize budget allocation and marketing performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in fast-paced consumer environments.
  • Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns with a focus on mobile user acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with international markets, particularly in Europe, MENA, and Asia.
