Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment | Best Small Company 2022. As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing Amazon performance marketing campaigns and driving growth across our book portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Amazon Performance Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize Amazon performance marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a growth strategy to accelerate sales across our book portfolio, leveraging paid search strategies and expanding into new markets.
  • SEO Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO team to ensure SEO activities are optimally placed and aligned with performance marketing goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources effectively to ensure efficient campaign execution and optimal ROI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven performance marketing campaigns.
  • Amazon Ads Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads, including PPC levers and ad optimization metrics (CVR, CPC, ROAS).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive campaign optimization and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Marketing Skills: Ability to execute technical marketing campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
