We are in search of a Culinary Operations Manager to become a part of the Food Service and Catering Division, which is essential to enhancing the student experience. Our collective goal is to foster an atmosphere that promotes a brighter future through inspiring actions that will transform lives. The catering division operates in a dynamic, industrious setting characterized by positivity and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook all meals and snacks for the Café, ensuring that menus are creative, nutritious, and tailored to our clientele's needs. Efficiently oversee the Café to deliver exceptional service quality. Lead the catering team and effectively address any staffing challenges. Regularly collect feedback from patrons to refine and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchasing invoices and manage inventory to meet budgeted gross profit targets. Inspire and train the team of Food Service Assistants to guarantee they provide outstanding service for our customers and students.Candidate Profile
Proficiency in English and Mathematics at level 2 or higher. Relevant experience and knowledge in culinary arts within the catering, hospitality, and food production sectors. Basic Food Hygiene certification. Proven ability to produce a variety of high-quality dishes within tight timeframes. Competence in adhering to Food Hygiene protocols and monitoring compliance records.Employee Benefits
