Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at CDH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process and manage customer orders, including checking details, dates, and pricing.
  • Send order confirmations to customers and process orders on our SAP system.
  • Coordinate with delivery depots and upload orders to the portal.
  • Update systems and notify relevant parties of any changes or issues.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, as well as respond to door buzzer notifications.
  • Manage daily haulier paperwork and uploads.
  • Process customer order update sheets and record any failures or amendments.
  • Assist with customer meetings to address issues and shortages.
  • Prepare and submit service level reports.
  • Process shortages and notify customers of any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and inbox.
  • Take daily morning meeting notes and assist with customer requests.
  • Upload invoices and run orders reports on SAP.
  • Verify delivery quantities and PODs to ensure accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies and price checks.
  • Monitor credit control logs for top customers and review invoices for payment discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, including QuickBooks, SAP, and customer interface systems.
  • Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Order processing and customer booking system experience.
  • General office work and administrative skills.
Working Hours
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • 08:00 - 17:00 with a 1-hour unpaid break.
