The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced contract recruiter or contingent workforce lead to join our entrepreneurial team from our London office.
You will play a key role in developing, selling, and delivering our Associate hiring solution across the UK management consultancy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Create an industry-leading Associate hiring solution, backed by high-quality collateral, contracts, and sourcing, selection, and communications systems and tools
- Relationship-Based Sales: As an individual contributor and self-starter, you will build your network and reputation, selling our Associate hiring solution to new and existing consulting clients
- Talent Delivery: Deliver exceptional Associate consulting talent across a client base comprising growing management consultancies
- Collaboration: Work with peers across the business to support business growth
Requirements
- Experience in contract recruitment, particularly in the UK PSC contractor recruitment market, with a deep understanding of IR35 and its application in management consultancies
- Proven track record in every aspect of contractor recruitment, from sourcing and screening to contracting and managing a network of contract resources
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on developing long-term relationships and a willingness to work with varied clients and projects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, motivate, and inspire others
- Commitment to doing what's right for clients and candidates
- Ability to work collaboratively, with a focus on team
- Determination, resilience, and positivity
You will be working alongside an experienced, ambitious, and supportive team of recruiters.
