Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with strategic clients and develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Work closely with internal project managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Regularly review and update the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are correctly staged and progress is tracked.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team to highlight progress and performance.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrate success in selling complex engineering solutions or services, particularly in highly regulated industries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
