About the Role

Bouygues Energies & Services Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with strategic clients and develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal project managers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Regularly review and update the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are correctly staged and progress is tracked.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team to highlight progress and performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate success in selling complex engineering solutions or services, particularly in highly regulated industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
