Role Overview:
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients on diverse facultative reinsurance, financial lines, and specialty business.
- Advise clients and colleagues on placement design, coverage options, pricing, and market developments.
- Assist in crafting and delivering market presentations and broking strategies.
- Identify suitable channels for risk placement in line with clients' market security guidelines, influencing the market to secure optimal deals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with market stakeholders.
- Adhere to the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies, including risk management participation and mandatory training.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in client needs and the reinsurance landscape.
- Strong background in broking and facultative reinsurance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive industry networking capabilities and knowledge.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen.
- Proven ability in data analysis.
