North American Property Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Technician to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance operations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce documentation, including policy endorsements and certificates, to ensure accurate and timely issuance.
- Prepare and type correspondence, including letters and emails, to maintain effective communication with brokers and clients.
- Maintain online filing and archiving systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Enter data into our global system to support business operations.
- Obtain bureau signatures as required to facilitate business transactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to perform calculations and data analysis.
- Arrange extensions to terms of trade to meet business needs.
- Calculate pro-rata and short-rate additional/return premiums to ensure accurate billing.
- Respond to queries from brokers and clients, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide regular feedback to the Technical Team Leader on ongoing work and progress.
- Adhere to Group rules and procedures, maintaining accurate records to support business operations.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably with knowledge of forestry business.
- Strong understanding of insurance business operations, including facultative and treaty business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
