Job Title: CRM Specialist

Publicis Groupe UK is a leading advertising agency holding company, and we are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our global business development efforts, ensuring seamless technology integration, and providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and set up AV-VC equipment for client presentations, both internally and externally.
  • Lead tech checks on web conference platforms and troubleshoot issues with both the AV/VC teams and other IT colleagues.
  • Collaborate with client IT/AV team members to provide backup support or guidance to troubleshoot.
  • Travel to pitch sites for tech checks and to attend client meetings, providing in-room setup and troubleshooting support.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with Global Business Development, Service Desk, Service Delivery Services, Infrastructure Team, 3rd Party Vendors, Group IT Teams, and additional Groupe agencies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows PC and Mac, as well as Microsoft Office 365, Adobe platforms, and web conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to design and set up AV-VC equipment for client presentations.
  • Experience in the use of VC reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to connect with multiple teams across brands, geographies, and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
