Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our People Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering our compensation and benefits programs to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits package that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Administer key annual processes, including salary review, bonus processing, and flexible holiday schemes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns related to rewards, benefits, and compensation.
  • Manage and improve our benefits portal, Perkbox, to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Coordinate the internal job evaluation panel process to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Support the administration of critical illness schemes, life assurance, cycle to work, and season ticket loans, as well as other benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a reward or benefits role, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong administration skills, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about reward and benefits, with a genuine interest in designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to manipulate information for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
