Your Responsibilities

Regulatory Impact Evaluation:

Examine new and existing regulations to evaluate their influence on operational activities. Recognize potential risks and opportunities linked to regulatory modifications.

Requirements Collection and Evaluation:

Gather, assess, and document business needs to ensure regulatory adherence. Perform gap assessments between current operations and regulatory benchmarks. Create comprehensive business requirements documentation, including use cases, user narratives, and process diagrams.

Process Visualization and Enhancement:

Illustrate current business workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement to comply with regulations. Formulate and document refined processes to boost compliance.

Data Examination:

Scrutinize data to uncover trends and patterns pertinent to regulatory adherence. Facilitate the development of data-informed decision-making within the compliance sector.

Your Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in business analysis within a regulated sector. Profound understanding of business workflows and data evaluation methodologies. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance protocols (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX). Experience in managing regulatory compliance initiatives. Proficient in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio). Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with agile project management approaches. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
