About the Role
In the capacity of a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will oversee the paid media initiatives for a select group of our prominent eCommerce clients. Our clientele primarily spans the apparel, beauty, and consumer goods sectors, with the potential for diversification as we expand our business. While your focus will predominantly be on Search, you will have the opportunity to explore various channels if they yield favorable returns on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance our top-tier client accounts by developing and executing innovative paid media strategies across Search, Social, and other platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for collaboration between internal and external teams.
- Oversee substantial media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and meticulous tracking of expenditures.
- Work closely with creative and content teams to align paid media strategies with overarching marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Take initiative in broadening our platform mix beyond traditional channels.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, effectively communicating strategies and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paid media, with a strong emphasis on either Search or Social.
- Proficient in bid strategies, creative best practices, and a variety of campaign types.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Understanding of product feeds and their adaptation for Search and Social channels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and achieving performance targets.
- A collaborative team player eager to learn and share knowledge.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in creating and managing campaigns on TikTok and Snapchat.
- Familiarity with Smartly and/or SA360.
- Background in app marketing.
- Knowledge of tag implementation and tracking.
- Cross-channel marketing awareness.
