The Role: Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll join our dynamic business and marketing team at an exciting time. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal growth and development as we build a world-class marketing team to match our world-class company. You'll play a key role in taking our brand to the next level across all nine countries where we operate.

This position will support our established Personal Training offering. Through ongoing analysis of campaign performance and continuous improvement, you'll focus on increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). This is a challenging role that demands dedication and a willingness to learn and grow within a company that sets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and implement the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
  • Support Paid Social and Paid Search specialists in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Work with the SEO & Content team to enhance our organic search rankings.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house video production and design team, managing the process of creating assets for key marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports providing visibility to senior marketing teams on website traffic, CPA, ROI, and overall performance across core marketing channels.
  • Utilize data to identify growth opportunities across new and existing marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the content manager and CRM manager to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Proactively suggest site improvements to increase conversion rates and enhance the ROI of paid marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • A self-starter with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
