Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at NCFE. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering high-quality procurement and supply management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, tenders, and quotation comparisons, in collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Ensure suppliers have a clear understanding of NCFE's operational needs and performance expectations through proactive communication, regular meetings, audits, and performance monitoring.
  • Work with key suppliers and internal data to analyze supply chain statistics and key insights, sharing findings with the wider business.
  • Review and maintain supplier profiles, categorization, compliance, risk, and business continuity plans to ensure NCFE meets its contractual and regulatory obligations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in supplier relationship and contract management.
  • Experience and knowledge in delivering tenders and other procurement activities.
  • A proven track record of driving value and innovation in procurements and contracts.
  • Experience and knowledge of compliance, risk, and business continuity aspects associated with procuring and managing key suppliers in a regulated industry.
