We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Administrator Assistant at our company. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) by handling various sales support and office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including managing sales support and office administration tasks.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our product range and customer needs, and use this knowledge to prepare quotes for customers and maintain accurate records in our system.
  3. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and up-to-date.
  4. Provide administrative support for meetings, including meeting and greeting visitors, arranging meeting rooms, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  5. Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in office administration or B2B administration is essential.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner, are required to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. A positive and flexible approach to work, with a solution-focused mindset, is essential for success in this role.
  4. Experience using CRM or accounting software is highly desirable.

Competitive hourly rate: £11.44 Per hour.

Maximum 40 hours per week. Office hours Monday to Friday (no weekends).
