Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities and personnel related to ground support equipment and tooling/equipment operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standards to ensure timely and cost-efficient fulfillment of business objectives and quality standards.
  2. Supervise and evaluate the performance of departmental personnel, providing guidance and training as required.
  3. Establish and maintain effective relationships with other departments, including quality, safety, and procurement.
  4. Implement and maintain a predictive maintenance program for all equipment assigned to this responsibility.
  5. Administer corporate policies and procedures to ensure achievement of overall quality and performance goals.
  6. Coordinate and schedule training for ground support equipment and tooling/equipment personnel to ensure appropriate development.
  7. Review and analyze labor time and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare and execute contracts and supervise vendor/contractor services as required.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and practices, including housekeeping, 5S standards, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of maintenance operations of advanced equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  2. PC literacy and recordkeeping skills.
  3. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex processes, procedures, and policies.
