Independence Matters is a prominent provider of adult care services in Norfolk, dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with varying needs. We are currently looking for a committed Support Worker to become part of our Long Stratton Supported Living team.

About the Role

This position does not require prior experience, as we offer thorough training to ensure your success. We seek individuals who embody a proactive and positive approach to their work.

The Support Worker role involves assisting customers with learning and physical disabilities in their own residences. You will provide essential support in developing independent living skills and offer personalized assistance to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Flexible Working Hours

The position includes a flexible schedule, with shifts available from Monday to Sunday, covering early, late, and weekend hours.
