Care Home Manager Job Description

**Job Title:** Care Home Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small-sized Dementia home/care home in Clitheroe, providing high-quality care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a small-sized Dementia home/care home in Clitheroe
* Provide high-quality care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans
* Lead a team of care staff to deliver excellent care
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements:**

* Experienced Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager
* Strong care home management skills and communication skills
* Excellent understanding of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care home setting
* Strong CQC knowledge
* Big focus on person-centred care
* Experience of managing compliant care homes
* Dementia and elderly experience
