Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team in the Clitheroe, Whalley, and Ribble Valley area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and happily in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 hour visits
  • Competitive rate of pay £13.50 per hour
  • Double time on bank holidays
  • Full training and mentoring provided

  • Reliable transport required for client visits
