As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC.
- Manage the home's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Contribute to the development of the home's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care home setting.
- Experience of managing compliant care homes.
- Dementia and elderly care experience.
