Job DescriptionWe are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will provide companionship, support, and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Support clients with mobility issues, providing assistance with transfers and mobility aids
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Minimum of 1 hour visits
- Competitive rate of pay £13.50 per hour
- Double time on bank holidays
- We provide full training and mentoring
