Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently and happily in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with meal preparation and grocery shopping.
• Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments and activities.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 hour visits
• Competitive rate of pay £13.50 per hour
• Double time on bank holidays
• Full training and mentoring provided
