Aramark UK Contract Cleaning Manager Opportunity

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Contract Cleaning Manager to join our team at Wood Smith Mines, Whitby. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity reporting to the Area Operations Director, overseeing specialist and non-specialist cleaning services across the Anglo American site.

About the Role
  • Oversee and assist with specialist and non-specialist cleaning across the site
  • Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and recruit new employees as required
  • Identify training needs, conduct training, and maintain records
  • Monitor cleaning products, maintain stock levels, and submit orders within agreed site budgets
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager is essential
  • Experience in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work to deadlines, prioritize, and be flexible with working hours and days
