About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Director to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, optimizing the digital experience and driving business outcomes.
  • Operate within an Agile framework, managing workflows in 2-week sprints to deliver timely insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across global and local teams to ensure data-driven decision-making aligns with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement testing and CRO initiatives to improve digital performance and drive business growth.
  • Present complex analytical findings clearly and compellingly to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, with a proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and across different functions, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • A track record of driving testing and CRO initiatives that deliver measurable results and business growth.
