Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to our clients through the analysis of large datasets. Your expertise in quantitative research methodologies and technical proficiency in media campaign measurement will enable you to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and provide data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Report Development: Develop and present insightful reports directly to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product engineers, to ensure high-quality data output and effective communication of insights to clients.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple research studies concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results and effective management of project schedules.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Quantitative Research: Demonstrated expertise in quantitative research methodologies, including data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency in media campaign measurement, including experience with data tools such as SQL/R, Python, or similar.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in leading and executing research studies, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital or TV Advertising Research: Experience in digital or TV advertising research, with a strong understanding of the Ad Tech industry and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with TV and Digital Media: Familiarity with TV and digital media, including knowledge of BARB or other JIC datasets.
About You
  • Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, marketing, psychology, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a client service research role, with a proven ability to guide client actions based on data insights.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
