About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Insights Consultant to join our growing Insights and Intelligence team at VML MAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify performance trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business improvement.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytics tools to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data within marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
